Mercure Nottingham City Centre Hotel

I had a fantastic stay for 2 nights! The first night, my room was a bit small but still clean and nicely decorated. However, the second night, I was pleasantly surprised with a different, lovely room. The hotel is in a great location, close to all shops and popular areas of this city. It was so convenient to find places to eat in the local area. The staff, from reception to breakfast and cleaning, were all extremely friendly and helpful.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The staff is welcoming, the breakfast satisfactory, the ocation is marvellous close to the outlet and the centre and supermarkets and lots of bars and restaurants.

Unbeatable and brilliant location with bars and restaurants nearby. Perfect and pleasant hotel, 0.5 km from Nottingham airport. Very impressed with standard king room. Great size bedroom, very relaxing stay, late check-out.

Staff and location are great, and the hotel is kept clean. The downstairs bar is lively. Overall very lovely stay at Mercure Nottingham City Center venue.

Our room was themed with comfortable bed, plus the location was prime. In general the staff were attentive and affable. Buffet breakfast was above average even with covid restrictions.

I have to mention the incredible customer service I experienced at Mercure. When I arrived, I realized that the room I was given was a bit small. However, after mentioning it at reception, they immediately upgraded me to a much better room. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay.

The place was clean, I really enjoyed its staff and location.

The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to find after parking at Lace market. It is close to the town centre and two good bars, providing plenty of options for entertainment. The rooms feature uniquely styled decor, with a large mirror in the bedroom adding a touch of elegance. The breakfast selection is satisfying, offering a good start to the day.

There were some maintenance issues, such as broken shower doors and toilet seats, which could be improved.

Appreciated almost every detail, including staff and location, they were ideal. We got room with comfortable decor and a large bathroom to relax. The hotel was perfectly positioned in Nottingham, 5 minutes' walk to a multi-use indoor arena.

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location is perfect, right in the centre of everything. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering services like room service, dry cleaning, and bicycle hire. We had no trouble making ourselves at home in this lovely place. The room was stylish and well-equipped with amenities like tea and coffee facilities, ironing facilities, a flat-screen tv, and even a patio. Plus, the dining options were fantastic, with a delicious restaurant, snack bar, and packed lunches available.

Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in the heart of the city.

Contemporary and uniquely decorated rooms, brilliant staff. It was nice having a personal safe, an iron and an electronic key card. The buffet breakfast I ordered was gorgeous. They provided great service too. Besides, I liked being able to park nearby.

That was quirky hotel set in local area, near to the centre and shops. Not to mention good wifi!

I truly enjoyed the secure location and the staff was fine. Absolutely stunning & relaxing unit with an extra bed, a very good breakfast, for instance. Perfectly located very close to the centre of town.
